FCC Slidell is devoting special attention this summer to its spiritual life. The church will be engaged in "Soaking in the Son," a summer of intensive immersion into various aspects of Christian spirituality. This emphasis is being implemented to spur each of us on to deeper levels of spiritual growth and development. The public is also invited to any of the opportunities offered. Rev. Susan Lassalle will be facilitating most of the events. Some of the opportunities are: Lectio Divina, Taize' Worship, Bible studies, Discussion Centers, Lectionary Studies, mini-retreats, traditional and contemporary prayer meetings, Praise Fest, and the Labyrinth.
